This helps prevent delays and ensures you receive your item promptly. If we do not receive a response within 7 days of our email, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Postage is charged per item by default, but we’re happy to offer combined shipping where possible. If you’re purchasing multiple items, please get in touch before completing your order so we can provide an accurate combined postage quote.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If the item is damaged or faulty, we will issue a full refund. However, unless the item is damaged or faulty, the original postal charge is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item, the damage, the box, the interior packaging, and the label.
