We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If the item is damaged or faulty, we will issue a full refund. However, unless the item is damaged or faulty, the original postal charge is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In certain circumstances, we may decline a return, such as in cases of misuse, wear, or damage not caused during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item, the damage, the box, the interior packaging, and the label. Retain the original packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. All refunds will be processed upon the return of the item. If further damage occurs during return shipping, we reserve the right to deduct from or refuse the refund.
