Unlike other options on the market that rely on reworked or modified used parts, the GKR Shaft is manufactured from fresh billet 5210 bearing steel, then hardened to 58 HRC for exceptional strength, wear resistance, and longevity.

Each lobe is DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coated – the same advanced surface technology used in motorsport and aerospace – delivering ultra-low friction, minimal wear, and smooth operation even under extreme loads.

Professional Installation Required

Installation may require piston modifications. We strongly recommend professional installation. Alternatively, choose the “Fitting Service” option and send us your fuel pump. Our technicians will handle the installation and testing to ensure maximum performance.

Production Process

Each unit is made to order. Allow up to two weeks for production and dispatch, depending on stock availability. The Bosch-approved specialist installation option may take longer, subject to their scheduling.

Installation Options

1. Supply Only

Receive the Camshaft Upgrade shipped directly to you. Installation is not included. You will only receive the shaft, so you are responsible for fitting it yourself.

2. Fitted by GKR Performance

Send us your existing pump, and our technicians will install the new camshaft. Once completed, we will return your pump to you.
Disclaimer: Any issues related to the pump, seals, or leaks after installation are the owner’s responsibility. GKR Performance cannot accept liability for post-installation pump issues under this option.
